The Vitality Women’s FA Cup semi-final draw was made live on the Morning Live show on BBC One on Tuesday 21 March.

Following Sunday’s quarter-final ties, the draw was made by former player Sue Smith and presenter Sam Quek and you can see the draw below…

1 Manchester United v Brighton & Hove Albion
2 Aston Villa v Chelsea

The ties will take place on Sunday 16th April 2023.

I really wanted Manchester United to draw Chelsea to knock one of these two giants out but alas, it is not to be.

So 2nd place Manchester United will face 2nd from the bottom, 11th place Brighton and Hove Albion.

And 1st place Chelsea will face 5th place Aston Villa.

Could Aston Villa be the team to cause upset?  Chelsea and Villa will meet 2 weeks earlier, on 2nd April, in the WSL before meeting in the FA Cup semi-final.  Aston Villa have not lost a match in 2023, which is more that can be said for giants Chelsea (they lost 3-1 to Arsenal in the Conti Cup Final).

Who do you want to win the FA Cup??
