The quarter-final games will be played on the weekend of 18th-19th March.
Women’s FA Cup quarter-final draw
Reading v Chelsea
Aston Villa v Manchester City
Lewes v Manchester United
Birmingham City v Brighton
The winners of the above fixtures will move onto the semi-finals. One would expect those teams to be current holders Chelsea, Manchester City – though Aston Villa could be problematic for Man City.., Manchester United and Brighton – though Birmingham City could well trump Brighton and be the only Championship side to make it to the semi-finals. All very exciting!
Any thoughts on who might be in the Final? Chelsea v Man City? Chelsea v Man United? Or could it be a Manchester Derby? Top of the WSL table Manchester United have never won the Cup and are on fine form this season.. it’s certainly all to play for!
