Top-of-the-table WSL clash on Sunday. Chelsea go head-to-head with Manchester United by Michelle

Manchester United travel to Kingsmeadow to face Chelsea in a top-of-the-table clash with both teams vying for the WSL title.

Manchester United and Chelsea will be entering into a top-of-the-table clash in the Women’s Super League on Sunday 12th March at Kingsmeadow, kick-off 12.30pm. You can watch the match live on BBC.

One look at the current standings show United sitting top, followed closely by Chelsea – after Chelsea won their midweek fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion taking them to 2nd in the WSL, only one point behind Manchester United.

United come into the game in rampant form following back-to-back five goal routs of Durham and Leicester City, whereas the reigning league champions will be looking to bounce back after losing the Continental Cup final to rivals Arsenal at the weekend.

The Blues currently have a game in hand on the Reds too.

I think you’ve got to fancy Chelsea on this one. It’s a home game at Kingsmeadow and Chelsea don’t lose at Kingsmeadow, do they? Manchester United will certainly be looking to provide an upset for the Blues..
